Actually, as far as I am aware, sins will lose to Glads in a straight up 1v1.
It just sucks to be a glad cuz you only have 1 snare, Ankle Snare, and it can be dispelled with a status potion.
So Sins will run, and as a glad you can only hope that they have no potions or they are on CD or something.
The runes are like Combo Points in WOW, if you played that..
You can stack up the 5 charges, but be aware, some skills won't take you past charge #3 and stuff..
If you already have 3 charges and try to use a skill that says "up to 3 charges" or w/e, it wont add any more.
You need to use certain charging skills to get it past 3 or w/e.
Once you are satisfied with how many charges you got on your target, you can "release" them for damage.
The more charges you have, the more damage, and possible status ailment like a stun.
